Researcher biography
Soraia is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Online Health. Her PhD thesis focused on the implementation of video consultations for specialised care in the Brazilian public health system. Soraia has many years of study and work experience in various healthcare settings in Brazil (2009-2019), in United Kingdom (2003-2008) and in Australia (since 2019), gained from service provision and research roles. She has a strong interest in health evaluation and implementation of telehealth and digital models of care for chronic conditions in public health settings.
