Biography
Lamees is a PhD Candidate with the Centre for Online Health at The University of Queensland. Her PhD research is centred around cardiac rehabilitation (CR) programs and quality of care.
Lamees is a medical doctor, public health professional and academic. She has served as a specialist physician (intensivist & cardiologist), researcher, and educator across various healthcare and academic institutions in Yemen and Qatar. Her teaching experience includes basic and clinical medical sciences, as well as epidemiology and biostatistics. Lamees’ research interests include: cardiovascular diseases and prevention, cardiac rehabilitation, public health related research, and data-driven health improvement strategies
