Researcher biography
Rita is a clinician-researcher. Her research interest includes exercise-based rehabilitation in patients with cardiorespiratory conditions particularly heart failure. Rita is also interested in alternative rehabilitation models particularly telerehabilitation. Rita has completed her PhD in 2017 on providing heart failure rehabilitation in the home via telerehabilitation. She has published both original and review studies and presented the results of her research in national and international conferences.
