The Centre for Online Health (COH) is proud to welcome four members of the Telehealth Consumer Reference Group into its strategic team meetings and communications.

Brian, Sandy, Justine and Kyllie are now actively contributing to discussions across COH’s research, operations, and communications.
COH is committed to embedding lived experience into the heart of virtual care research and practice. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to co-design and consumer-led approaches in virtual care.
We spoke to Brian about his involvement in these meetings, and he expressed his excitement to be involved in the initiative: "As a 78-year-old stroke survivor, nine years post-stroke, I consider it a privilege to be part of the renowned COH. Through my lived experience, I am able to assist to further enhance their activities, which are designed to improve the health of all Australians".
By sharing insights from diverse lived experiences and backgrounds, this partnership will help COH be more inclusive, responsive, and to deliver effective virtual care research and operations. We also aim to bring consumers closer to the research journey and lead to more genuine consumer involvement in projects, processes and planning in the future.
We look forward to continuing this collaboration and learning together.
