Dr Jonathan Rawstorn
Jonathan is a Heart Foundation Postdoctoral Fellow at Deakin University’s Institute for Physical Activity and Nutrition (IPAN). His research focuses on telerehabilitation program design, development, evaluation, and most recently translation into clinical practice.

This forum will discuss how evidence-based mobile health interventions can improve the reach and accessibility of cardiac rehabilitation for people who are unable to attend existing centre-based programs. It will also explore potential interest in and opportunities for collaboration and partnerships to translate research evidence into clinical practice.
