Biography
Victor Gallegos-Rejas is a public health researcher from the University of Queensland. His PhD project aims to fill the equity gap in cardiovascular care. This project will use telehealth-delivered cardiac rehabilitation to improve access and service delivery to remote and culturally and linguistically diverse population. Victor is also a Medical Doctor specialised in Sports Rehabilitation. During his career, Victor has fulfilled many roles as a physician in a Peruvian National Hospital, High-performance Sport Centre and Olympiad events.
