Implementing a telehealth service requires considerable investment in time, money, technology and staff resources. Healthcare providers, payers and policy makers often want to evaluate the effect of their telehealth investment.
The Centre for Online Health has expertise in providing comprehensive evaluation of telehealth services. We use established, multi-disciplinary assessment frameworks to evaluate the health problem and characteristics of the telehealth service, safety, clinical effectiveness, patient perspectives, economic aspects, organisation aspects and socio-cultural, ethical and legal aspects.
The Centre for Online Health team brings together individuals with extensive expertise in telehealth. We have more than 15 years’ experience establishing, delivering, and evaluating clinical telehealth services. Our practical experience is supported by peer-reviewed research, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of all the factors relevant to telehealth service evaluation.
